Stage is Yours 演出当日

3 月 19 日，Stage is Yours 正常演出，和我的朋友们在主教学楼一楼唱了陶喆的四首歌

演出比较仓促，鼓手临时和 Bernie 一起合作，但是其他人一起排练了很久，Jese 自己练了三个月的吉他就学会普通朋友还能上台太棒了。

不仅作为表演者，我也是每周 Stage is Yours 的组织者，负责设计海报和活动组织，Erdem 老师也同样帮助了我很多，在他来到这个学校之后学校里的音乐活动真的在变多，由衷的开心，不仅圆了我的音乐梦，也让许多同学有了展示的机会。相识满天下，知心能几人，热爱音乐的人在一起，纯粹的喜爱是毋庸置疑的。

从技术一点的角度来说，这次能改进的地方还是挺多的，唱功有很大提升空间，Steven 和 Angela 稳定发挥，我的队友真的都很强 : )作为主唱兼键盘，话筒摆放的还能舒服一点，还有就是和老师调音台配合的不默契，没提前沟通太好，试音没平衡好音量，导致来回协调，话筒增益有点高，导致经常动态太大，应该把 gain 调合适一点抬高音量就行了，下次会教老师怎么调 Gain 的（）

Spring Concert 演出当日

春季音乐会是学校里专属于 IG 和 AS 音乐学生的音乐会，必须演奏考试的曲子，我有两首小时候压箱底的曲子结果我在 IG 的时候用完了，于是找了个演奏级的曲子，另一个曲子剑桥说只需要五级水平，我找了个八级的曲子随便视奏了一下就上台了，等到大考之前还是要好好练一练的。

演出当天是 Computer Science paper 1 的 Mock Day，下午开始考试，考完就急匆匆的去音乐厅了。帮助老师布置现场，调试设备的过程中遇到了不少问题，比如电动幕布没反应，后来发现是滑轨掉了，后来补上了才修好，话筒和扩音器的问题一如既往，线缆来回插就好了，总要适应老设备有许多无厘头的 Coordinator 才能真的做到临危不乱。

音乐会很成功，来了很多人，作为民打我倒数第二个上场，还是很顺利的，《喷泉》结束，音乐会也相应落幕，已经是五点多了，音乐会总是时间很长，但是听的时候声音很短，感谢 Summer 给我拍照，感谢每一位为音乐会幕前幕后做出贡献的人，我们都很棒。

演出前生病时分

这次演出前最 Drama 的事情就是演出四天之前得了甲流直接卧床在家了，失去所有力气和手段，直到演出当天才回到学校，差点以为演出要被迫取消。

周末的时候本来要临近我的农历生日了，于是父母带我去了新开的合生汇，本来想着吃完饭就回家，结果到家也十点多了，复习完 Mock 就匆匆去睡觉了，结果周日早上一起来就开始难受了，头晕加上全身无力，当时还没觉得是大事，结果体温计一量 38.9，才明白被传染了。

紧接着就是卧床吃药，伴随着一系列的症状，以为周二能好，再去学校排练，但其实周二好之前症状是最严重的时候，最后表演当天才去了学校。才发现疫苗其实没什么用，每年刚开始的发病季节还没有疫苗，等到研制出来学校集体要求打疫苗的时候其实不打也不会中招，之前四年都没打疫苗，流感离我一直很远。

脉动/水溶 C（食欲不振真的可以补充糖分和营养，生病三天就吃了一顿饭，脉动让我没有低血糖）
睡觉（每天起床状态是最好的，所以一定要多睡觉）

On Mar. 19th, Stage is Yours is for my small band, singing four songs from David Tao.

It was in a rush. I found Bernie with us to fill the blank of the piano solo part in the 'Who do you Love'. However, we did not rehearse much with Bernie. Jese leart Guitar for only three months but he did well.

I am not only the performer, but also the coordinator of the 'Stage is Yours' weekly concert, considering I design posters and advertise for all the performances. Mr.Erdem helped me a lot, also. The music activities became really frequent after he came to this school. The thing is both of us have a desire of agency. More and more students find their place to show their artistic skills and talents. It is always a memorable time for all the people who love music.

From a technical perspective, there is a lot we can improve. Instead of piano, my major instrument is Chinese drums. I tried to be as a fine keyboard player but I still need more practice. Also, as a singer, it is hard for me to be at a perfect state just after I got back from flu. Steven and Angela both sang well. They are really good. The thing is, I did not collaborate with my teacher in a well tacit understanding. We adjusted the volume a lot. In fact, the gain for the microphone is a bit high for me. We should lower the gain and give more volume to the vocals.

The day for the Spring Concert

The annual spring concert is a proper concert for the students who are attending IGCSE and AS Level music Cambridge exam, and we must play the piece which we will play in the exam. I chose a professional level piece and a grade 8 piece.

The day for the concert is also the day for the paper 1 mock of Computer Science. We have and exam afternoon so I rushed to the concert hall. Still a lot of problems on the devices but I am already familiar with them. Just deal with the cables and amplifiers. It is always necessary for a concert coordinator to hold ability to bargain with old equipments.

The concert was successful. We had a lot of audience. The concert lasts until 5 P.M. but it feels like 10 minutes. Thank for all the volunteers and photographers. We all did a great job.

Flu before the performance

It was a pity that I caught flu on the weekend before the performance week, and I went back to school just on the day of the 'Stage is Yours'.

Reaching my Chinese calendar birthday, my parents and I went to a mall. After I went home I just reviewed for my mock exam and went to bed early. When I got up I finally realized that I was having a fever.

During the flu I only stayed at home and wish that I can go to school on Tuesday. However, I was 38.9 Celsius degree until Wednesday, which is the day of the performance. My absence for rehearsals made me really nervous, and I realized that vaccinum brings little impact: When it is the time that virus spreads, we do not have vaccination. On contrary, when we have the vaccinum, the fastigium already passes. I did not take vaccination for 4 years, and flu just stayed far away from me.
